Colleagues

  • Talent Accelerator: Increase Hispanic/Latino representation at the AVP level and above through training and development, mentoring, strategic problem-solving and more. Built on the success of the model created in phase one.
  • Mentoring Circles: Pair junior to mid-level mentees with senior Hispanic, Latino and allied mentors to provide an environment with greater networking and collaboration, a curriculum targeting self-awareness and exploration, business acumen, professional development and exposure to senior leaders.
  • Career Framework: Validate the mapping of all company roles to ensure equity across all job levels, scope and responsibilities.

Clients

  • External Partnerships: Collaborate and forge relationships with external organizations that position Voya to effectively engage with, and win business that supports the Hispanic and Latino community.
  • Client Collaboration Forum: Resource for selected clients, brokers and intermediaries who are committed to improving their understanding of the Hispanic and Latino community and helping overcome barriers to equity.

Communities

  • Financial Wellness Pilot: Empower clients that have a substantial percentage of Hispanic and Latino employees with resources that will enable them to analyze and solve for inequities across financial wellness solutions including emergency savings and HSAs, as well as retirement accounts.
  • Further partnership with W!se: Expand on Voya Foundation's partnership with Working in Support of Education (W!se) to deploy financial literacy curriculum to Hispanic/Latino high school students, and invest in resources that bridge the Hispanic and Latino wealth gap.
  • Nonprofit Board Placement: Connect Voya’s emerging Hispanic and Latino talent with nonprofit organizations, securing nonprofit board placement opportunities and providing leadership training to participating employees.
  • Voya Teacher Voices: Expand on Voya Foundation's relationship with Voya Teacher Voices to establish partnerships with the University at Texas at San Antonio to increase representation of Hispanic and Latino teachers by providing financial support/scholarships through the program.
